Who should participate?
The i3 program would welcome applications from those who meet the following criteria.
Eligibility at a glance
- Appreciate the potential opportunities available in the information sciences
- Are rising juniors from any accredited college or university
- Are enrolled in any academic major, including liberal arts, business, science, technology, engineering, math and social sciences
- Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5
And who are ready to commit
- Are available to participate in the four week introductory institute as well as the two week concluding institute
- Are United States citizens or holders of permanent resident status
- Demonstrate a commitment to increasing opportunities for underrepresented minorities
