During the institutes, you will be staying on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh. Lodging is provided to you, at no charge, in typical student housing.
Campus dining facilities are available to you as well. Throughout the sessions, you will have time off to explore Pittsburgh and to attend social events held off campus.
Stipend
i3 participants receive a stipend of $50 per day while in Pittsburgh. When accepted, you receive instructions on the processing of stipend payments.
Housing
Scholars stay in Ruskin Hall on the University of Pittsburgh campus, in double rooms with a roommate unless special accommodations are necessary.
Dining
Most meals are provided throughout the institute, with group meals and free time for exploring Pittsburgh restaurants.
